Near Tula, a man killed his ex-girlfriend's father and stabbed her mother.

Investigators have opened a criminal case into the murder of a man and the attempted murder of two women. This was announced on November 7 by the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tula region.

"A 26-year—old man came to his ex-girlfriend's apartment, where he stabbed the girl's father, from which he died at the scene, and stabbed her mother multiple times," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

After the attack, the man set fire to the kitchen because he could not find the girl, but knew that she was at home, the press service said.

It is noted that the suspect was detained by police officers. Currently, investigators and criminologists are conducting an inspection of the scene and other investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

In St. Petersburg on May 31, a man stabbed his 18-year-old bride. According to the Izvestia interlocutor, they did not live peacefully and the neighbors constantly complained about the noise. It was noted that the 27-year-old suspect himself called the police and confessed to what he had done.
