On November 6, the head of the Ryazan administration, Vitaly Artyomov, announced that he was leaving the post of his own volition.

"I made a difficult decision for myself. I am resigning the post of head of the Ryazan administration at my own request," Artyomov wrote on his Telegram channel.

He expressed confidence that the city will continue to develop in the future and all plans and projects will be implemented properly. At the same time, the head of the administration promised to help the city and its residents in the future.
