T-80BVM crews destroyed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, crews of T-80BVM tanks of the Vostok group of forces destroyed positions of formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 6 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Aerial reconnaissance of the Vostok group of forces in the forest belts of the Dnipropetrovsk region found dugouts, camouflaged positions, enemy observation points and places of deployment of manpower.

Crews of T-80BVM tanks, equipped with protective lattice screens, advanced to pre-prepared lines and opened fire with high-explosive 125-millimeter shells at the main shelters, entrances to dugouts and identified firing points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The first series destroyed the observation positions and overlaps. Repeated shots destroyed the communication lines, suppressed the firing points, and hit the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters who were in hiding.

To avoid a retaliatory strike, the crews changed positions, performing a deceptive maneuver. The successful actions of the tankers allowed the attack aircraft of the Vostok group of forces to advance and gain a foothold on new frontiers.

Battle of the motors: a transporter has been developed for assault groups

The new vehicle is adapted for transporting soldiers and cargo, evacuating the wounded and installing anti-aircraft machine guns.

On November 5, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the 74th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle brigade of the Center group of forces destroyed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People's Republic in the area of a special military operation. The combat vehicle was promptly prepared for firing, and the crew fired an accurate MLRS salvo at a target located at a distance of more than 15 km.
