Putin signed a law on reservist training camps to protect important facilities

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law providing for the possibility of sending reservists to special training camps to protect energy facilities, transport, oil refineries and other infrastructure. The document was published on November 4 on the official portal of legal information.

"Citizens staying in the mobilization human reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation may be sent to special training camps to ensure the protection of critical facilities and other life support facilities," the document says.
