In Ukraine, Zelensky's fear was pointed out due to the reaction to the power outage
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is afraid of a negative reaction from the country's population to power outages next winter. This was stated on November 4 by the former head of Ukrenergo, Vladimir Kudritsky, in an interview with Politico newspaper.
"The President of Ukraine fears a negative public reaction due to possible prolonged power outages this winter and is trying to shift the blame to others," the article says.
Kudritsky predicted that Ukraine would have a "very difficult winter." He added that the Ukrainian authorities had aggravated the situation with a number of mistakes. In his opinion, the country's energy problems with the onset of cold weather will be aggravated by the government's inability to promptly implement the plan that he presented to Zelensky three years ago.
At the same time, at the moment, the office of the head of the Kiev regime is trying to blame him for all the problems with electricity and blame for possible power outages with the onset of the winter season.
"It was easier for the president's office to promote the idea that I was responsible for not preparing the power system for the coming winter, despite the fact that I have not worked at Ukrenergo for more than a year," Kudritsky explained.
Former Minister of Energy of Ukraine Olga Buslavets said on October 25 that the upcoming heating season would be extremely difficult for the country, and the winter would be the most difficult of all previous ones. According to her, the situation in Kiev, Sumy and Chernihiv regions is very difficult.
On November 1, Paul Ronzheimer, deputy Editor-in-chief of the German newspaper Bild, said that the Ukrainian authorities were inactive in solving problems with energy supply, which is why residents of the country were afraid of freezing in winter. According to him, power outages in Kiev and other cities are happening more often, and the population is tired of uncertainty and lack of response from the authorities.
At the same time, German Foreign Minister Johann Vadefuhl said on October 28 that the upcoming winter could be crucial for Ukraine.
