Israel regularly violates the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and prevents the delivery of humanitarian aid in the required volume. This was announced on November 3 by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan after a meeting with colleagues from the countries that signed the agreement on Gas in Sharm el-Sheikh.

He noted that the exchange of hostages and prisoners, as well as the arrival of humanitarian aid, had begun within the framework of the agreement reached.

"Israeli forces retreated to the lines outlined in the document, and residents began to return to northern Gaza. However, as you know, there are certain problems with the exact implementation of agreements. Israel regularly violates the ceasefire and prevents the delivery of humanitarian aid in the required volume," the Turkish minister stressed.

Fidan pointed out that all the countries participating in the meeting have a common position — they support the preservation of the ceasefire and steps aimed at establishing lasting peace in the region. According to him, the international community must continue to exert pressure on Israel.

On October 30, The Washington Post (WP) reported that for the first time, the US authorities recognized the possibility of human rights violations by the Israeli military during the fighting in the Gaza Strip. The media reported this with reference to a classified report by the Office of the Inspector General of the State Department. It was noted that, despite the conclusions reached, the prospects for bringing Israel to justice "remain doubtful."

On October 29, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press service announced that the military had returned to observing the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip after striking dozens of targets of Palestinian radical movements. It was noted that attacks were launched on more than 30 people in command in organizations that operated in the Gaza Strip. On the same day, Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani stressed that Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement recognize that they must observe a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip. Qatar intends to contribute to this.
