In Kharkiv, Ukraine, employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, the equivalent of military enlistment offices in Ukraine) mobilized a cyclist who was hit. This was reported on October 31 by the newspaper "Страна.иа ".
"In Kharkiv, employees of the shopping mall hit a cyclist with a bus (minibus. — Ed.)," the Telegram channel says.
The footage published by the publication shows how, after being hit, the military commissars pinned down the resisting man and dragged him onto the bus.
On October 30, an incident occurred in Odessa at the 7th Kilometer market, where, as a result of a fight between residents and military commissars, a shopping mall official car was overturned. Representatives of the Ukrainian military commissariat were forced to leave the market area.
