Rapper Icegergert apologizes for stealing toast at concert in Moscow
On October 30, rapper Icegergert (real name — Georgy Gergert) apologized after shouting the slogan of the extremist group "Arrested Criminal Unity" (AUE — banned in the territory of the Russian Federation) during a concert in Moscow.
"I was drinking and I let myself get too drunk," he said in a video posted on the social network Instagram (owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).
The artist added that he does not support any organizations banned in Russia, and also loves the country and talks about it at all his concerts. According to him, he made the toast "without thinking at all."
Earlier, on October 3, the court of the city of Apatity in the Murmansk region banned websites where "thug" toasts and "thieves" wallpapers for the phone are available. For example, it was noted that one of the sites contained wallpaper images depicting actors Al Pacino and Tom Hardy, as well as symbols such as a bear with the coat of arms of Russia and a Mercedes badge.
