Nabiullina: 17 million Russians used self-imposed loans

Almost 17 million Russians applied for self-locking loans, the mechanism proved to be in high demand. This was announced on October 29 by the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina, at a meeting of the Federation Council.
"Since March, the mechanism of self-restrictions on loans has been working, we also discussed it with you. I must say that the mechanism turned out to be in great demand. Almost 17 million people have already used this option," she said.
