Critical infrastructure was damaged in Podolsk, Odessa region, and the city was left without electricity and partially without water. This was announced on October 29 by the head of the regional military administration (OVA) Oleg Kiper.

"Some consumers were temporarily left without electricity. Power engineers are already working on its restoration. Critical infrastructure facilities are powered by generators," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
