The operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Center group of forces have eliminated the sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on October 29 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"The enemy's DRG was divided into several subgroups, which were identified by the operators of the reconnaissance UAV formations on the way to the positions of the group's units. Having determined the routes of movement of the AFU subgroups, UAV operators with an ammunition dump system destroyed all identified enemy targets," the agency's website says.

It is noted that during the liberation of territories from Ukrainian militants, UAV operators carry out targeted destruction of enemy firing points and manpower, clearing the way for assault groups and covering military personnel from the air.
