PepsiCo has carried out the first rebranding in 25 years and changed the logo
For the first time in a quarter of a century, the American company PepsiCo has conducted a global rebranding and introduced an updated logo and corporate identity. The slogan of the new corporate identity is "Food. Drinks. Smile," the company said in a press release on October 28.
"Our new identity boldly reflects who we are in 2025: a company with a broad reach, committed to making a positive impact around the world, and an unrivaled family of beloved food and beverage brands," said PepsiCo CEO Ramon Laguarta.
According to the company, the letter "P" in the new logo symbolizes the legacy of the Pepsi brand, and the color palette is inspired by natural shades — from fertile soil to refreshing drinks.
"By putting a smile at the center of our visual identity, we emphasize our obsession with consumers — it is what fuels our growth," said marketing Director Jane Wakely.
PepsiCo added that the updated style will be gradually introduced into the design of packaging, signage and promotional materials around the world.
Earlier, on October 27, it was reported that the Evervess brand, produced at PepsiCo's Russian plants, overtook Coca-Cola in terms of sales for the first time. According to NTech, in the first half of 2025, Evervess ranked fourth in the cola-flavored beverage category with a share of 6.8%, while Coca-Cola dropped to fifth place with 6.5%.
