The State Duma allowed contributions to be spent on the overhaul of non-residential premises for renovation in Moscow

State Duma deputies at the plenary session on October 28 adopted in the second and third readings a bill that will allow the use of contributions for major repairs from owners of non-residential premises in a house included in the renovation program in Moscow, for work on the renovation itself.

In an explanatory note, the parliamentarians pointed out that the procedure for using contributions for capital repairs from owners in such houses is not regulated by federal law.
