In Russia, it was proposed to cancel fines for drivers if they violated traffic rules due to the presence of a pit on the road. The corresponding initiative was received on October 28 from deputies of the State Duma of the New People faction, RIA Novosti writes.
The initiative was sponsored by parliamentarians Sardana Avksentieva, Anna Skroznikova and Sangaji Tarbaev. The document has been sent to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
