- Oznobikhina demanded to recover more than 23 million through challenging transactions
Maria Oznobikhina, the financial manager in the bankruptcy case of blogger Elena Blinovskaya, filed lawsuits with the intention of returning more than 23 million rubles to the bankruptcy estate. This was reported by a source of Izvestia.
The basis for the demands was the withdrawal of assets, which, according to Oznobikhina, was carried out through partner companies on the eve and after the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings.
One of the key objects of the dispute is Veter LLC. Oznobikhina disputes a series of transactions, including interest—bearing loans totaling over 14.9 million rubles, which the company issued in 2021 to Blinovskaya's affiliated firms, Rigel LLC and Yaroslavna LLC. These operations are considered as part of a cash withdrawal scheme.
The withdrawal of Blinovskaya's husband Alexei from the membership of the "Wind" and the subsequent payment of 9 million rubles, which he received for his share, is also disputed. These funds were almost instantly transferred by Blinovsky to his father under the guise of "financial assistance." The court declared this transfer invalid, but the issue of a refund remains open.
According to the manager, after Alexey's departure from Vetera in November 2023, a new company was created — Beidewind LLC. Presumably, all the operational activities and profits of the Tochka Nemo project were transferred to it, which could have been done to protect the business from bankruptcy penalties. At the moment, the details of Beidewind are listed on all key pages of the official website of Tochka Nemo.
The partners in the new business are Victoria Sinitsyna and Lilia Protasova. Since there is an acute shortage of liquid funds in Blinovskaya's bankruptcy procedure, the manager intends to recover damages from them as the ultimate beneficiaries. The trial is scheduled for October 29, 2025.
The investigation into the blogger was completed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on July 25, 2024. She, who was sentenced to five years in prison on March 3, 2025, was accused of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Tax evasion of an individual"), paragraph "b" of Part 4 of Article 174.1 of the Criminal Code ("Legalization (laundering) of funds or other property acquired by a person as a result of his commission of a crime"), Part 1 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal circulation of funds of payments").
A correspondent for Izvestia reported on October 13 that Blinovskaya's sentence had been changed. The blogger's defense asked the court to reverse the decision on the confiscation of property and release her from custody. Blinovskaya herself asked the court to postpone serving her sentence until her child reaches the age of 14, but the court found no grounds to grant this request.
The blogger's lawyer, Natalia Salnikova, announced later that day that Blinovskaya was eligible for parole. It was clarified that this decision was made in the morning. It is related to a change in the court's punishment.
