Currently, the Russian economy is following the scenario of a controlled exit from overheating. This was announced on October 28 by the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina.

"Now everything indicates that the economy is following the scenario of a controlled exit from overheating of demand," Nabiullina said at a joint meeting of the State Duma committees.

According to her, the growth in demand has slowed down, while the production potential, on the contrary, is expanding and gradually catching up with demand. The head of the Central Bank also noted that the country's resource capabilities remain the main constraint on economic growth.
