- An Afghan veteran has again filed a lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva in a Moscow court.
Alexander Treshchev, a veteran of military operations in Afghanistan and a lawyer, has made his sixth attempt to get his lawsuit against singer Alla Pugacheva reviewed. This was reported on October 28 in the materials of the Presnensky Court of Moscow.
"Treshchev's lawsuit against Pugacheva has been registered in court," these court documents show.
Earlier, the court had already rejected one of his previous appeals, RIA Novosti clarifies.
Earlier, on September 29, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow registered a similar claim by Treshchev in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles. The reason for the appeal was an interview with the singer, which, according to the plaintiff, contained statements "discrediting the honor of the president, the army and law enforcement agencies of Russia."
Then the lawyer clarified that he intended to keep only a symbolic compensation in the amount of 1 ruble, and send the rest of the amount to the federal budget to support veterans. According to him, the lawsuits were filed in different courts, since he did not know Pugacheva's place of registration.
