Actress Anastasia Sivaeva, known for her role as Dasha Vasnetsova in the original project, starred in a full-length sequel about a new generation of daughters. She returned to the franchise after a twelve-year hiatus. Director Anatoly Koliev brought together all the main characters of the series in the frame. On October 30, the film will be released in wide release. Izvestia visited the secular premiere of the painting "Daddy's daughters. Mom is back" at the Moscow cinema "October".

Family matters

Families rushed to October to see the "Daddy's Daughters". Children crowded the red carpet, eager to see their idols. They shouted the names of the young artists and screamed at their approach. Adults were waiting for the appearance of Dasha Vasnetsova, or rather, Vasilyeva, or even more precisely, the actress Anastasia Sivaeva. She became the main intrigue of the film. After 12 years, Sivaeva returned to the project.

The fact that the producers managed to get her consent became known in August. In the last episode of the fourth season, "Daddy's Daughters. New", which was shown on the STS broadcast, Dasha's mother came to Vasilyev (by the name of Papa Veniamin).

— When I was offered to star in Daddy's Daughters, I screamed: finally, hooray! Anastasia Sivaeva confessed. — When we all met on the playground, it was as if we were charging up from each other. I wasn't even tired. When the whole family came together in the frame, these scenes were the most thrilling and pleasant for me. The only problem was that sometimes we were unlucky with the weather. The conditions were very harsh.

The actress left the cinema as soon as she got married. Her personal life was a priority for her. Anastasia gave birth to a son and took care of the family. But earlier this year, she divorced her husband, returned her maiden name, and with it the movie into her life.

On the red carpet, Sivaeva met with Elizaveta Arzamasova and Daria Melnikova, the Vasnetsov sisters from the series. Immediately, the "daughters" and "dad" Philip Pale joined the company. Young actresses Eva Smirnova, Polina Denisova and Polina Aynutdinova hugged a cardboard figure of Vitaly Kornienko, who could not attend the premiere. The girl shoots a lot, and cardboard figures instead of missing stars have now become a trend. During the New Year holidays, the film "Pinocchio" will be released, in which Kornienko plays the role of a mischievous wooden boy.

"We were very happy to meet Nastya on the set," Elizaveta Arzamasova recalls. — We lost touch for a while, but we always knew that we had each other. And at any moment, as soon as we need support, we can always do it.

Liza Arzamasova's heroine Galina Sergeevna is expecting her first child in the story.

— This is the best thing that can happen in a woman's life, — says the actress. — It's funny, but when I was actually in a position, I played my character at the very beginning of the relationship and we hid my tummy behind loose clothes and close-ups. And now that I have my own children, I'm in the frame with a fake belly and I feel very natural and harmonious.

How did the filming of "Daddy's Daughters" go?

Daria Melnikova, who plays Zhenya Vasnetsova, recalls that when the old company joined on the set, it was impossible to break it up to start filming.

"We chatted endlessly, as if the grandmothers had met on a bench, and it was endless conversations," the actress smiles.

The action of the film "Daddy's daughters. Mom is back" unfolds in Kislovodsk. Mom's return is a long—awaited miracle for her daughters, but it's a complete surprise for her husband. The family got a chance to start all over again. But whether relatives will be able to find a common language again is a big question.

—Mom can't be replaced, we all know that, mom is love, it's a heart," says actor Philip Pale. — But if it so happened that she disappeared somewhere, Dad is the only one capable of making the children happy. That's what our story is about. Dad can do it too! To become a great family, there is only one secret — to love, hear and support each other.

As Philip Pale says, the "flock" who grew up on the TV series "Daddy's Daughters. The new ones" are completely different viewers. The vast majority of them had not watched its old seasons before watching this series. The young viewers have their own heroines — Lisa, Diana, Sonya and Arina. But in between new episodes, fans explore the backstory of when the parents were children.

"We are moving the characters to a new space geographically, visually, and dramaturgically,— says director Anatoly Koliev. — But at the core there are still those values for which the audience fell in love with the story: humor, warmth, kindness and family as a strong point, support. We really want the viewer to smile and feel a little happier after watching it.

The viewer, without having seen the film, has already rated mom's return to the Daddy's Daughters franchise at 8.3 points on a 10-point scale of expectations. The film has been in the box office since October 30th. Tickets are still on sale.
