By the end of September, the Izvestia citation index (CI) was 2,163.87. The newspaper Kommersant is in second place (CI: 1,603.38), and Vedomosti is in third place (CI: 599.08).

"The leader of the rating in September among newspapers is Izvestia. Izvestia reported that major Russian banks have begun to massively reduce credit card limits.
