In a new lawsuit against Konstantin Strukov, the former owner of Yuzhuralzolot, the Prosecutor General's Office announced that the businessman had withdrawn more than 163 billion rubles of revenue abroad. This was reported on October 27 by RIA Novosti with reference to law enforcement agencies.

It is noted that the new lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office, filed with the Plast City Court, states that as a result of corruption violations committed in 2006-2007, Strukov took over the state-owned enterprises of JSC "Cheliabinsk Coal" and JSC "Yuzhuralzoloto".
