VK Tech has introduced an updated version of the VK WorkSpace platform

VK Tech has introduced an updated version of the VK WorkSpace platform, which will feature a new superapp with offline mode support and additional security features. This was announced on October 24 on the company's website.

"If an employee finds himself without access to the network, he will be able to continue working: read and write letters, check his calendar, and even create new appointments. The changes are synchronized automatically when connected to the Internet," the publication noted.

In addition, the superapp has expanded the ability to control applications and data on users' devices — you can make a PIN code mandatory for logging in, prohibit screenshots and the use of rooted devices, and activate notifications when a VPN is enabled.

"We have improved the stability, manageability and security of the platform, expanded functionality and improved the user experience," added Peter Shcheglov, Product Director at VK WorkSpace.

It is specified that most of the platform updates will be available in the near future — in release 25.4.
