Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, noted that it was difficult to disrupt the summit between Russia and the United States when there were no precise agreements. He made the corresponding statement at a briefing on October 24.
"No one mentioned the exact dates of the summit. And no one had agreed on them. <...> In this regard, it was very difficult to disrupt something about which there were no specific agreements," he said.
