The negotiations on Ukraine are assessed as a prolonged pause due to the unwillingness of the Kiev regime to continue the dialogue. This was announced on October 24 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"We assess it as a pause, an excessively prolonged pause that arose due to the unwillingness of the Kiev regime to intensify this very negotiation process," he said.
