The Moscow Arbitration Court restored Elena Blinovskaya's ownership right to full ownership of Gardens of Adygea LLC worth more than 21 million rubles. Maria Oznobikhina, Blinovskaya's financial manager, told RIA Novosti about this on October 24.

The court invalidated the decision of January 15, 2024 to reduce the share of the wife of the blogger's brother Natalia Blinovskaya to 50% by introducing Lyudmila Tsulaeva to the membership.
