Students who raped a teacher were convicted in Austria.
In Austria, a court convicted six schoolchildren who raped a 28-year-old teacher. This was reported on October 21 by the Suddeutsche Zeitung newspaper.
It is clarified that at first the teacher established contact with a former sixteen-year-old student in 2024, then their relationship developed into a voluntary intimate relationship. Soon, the woman's apartment became a gathering place for the teenager's company. They were allowed to use narcotic substances, drink alcohol and listen to loud music until morning.
So, having felt control over a woman who was afraid of making this situation public, the students began to manipulate her. They filmed a woman indecently and blackmailed her. According to the newspaper, two students also raped the teacher in turn, while one of them also strangled her. To the woman's complaints, one teenager replied that she was allegedly to blame for contacting minors.
Later, when the woman went on vacation, the teenagers stole jewelry and money from her house and set the house on fire. Then she turned to the police for help. The court sentenced six teenagers to terms ranging from four months to three and a half years.
Earlier, on September 30, a court in Austria acquitted a group of 10 young men suspected of raping a 12-year-old schoolgirl for lack of evidence. It was clarified that the defendants had been abusing the girl for several months, however, according to her, they did not threaten her or beat her in order to incite her to sexual acts.
