Putin appoints Sergey Tough as Russia's Ambassador to Laos

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergey Tough as Russia's ambassador to Laos. The relevant decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on October 22.

"Appoint Sergey Vladimirovich Tough as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Lao People's Democratic Republic," the decree says.

By another decree, the President of the Russian Federation relieved Vladimir Kalinin of these duties.
