The head of the district in Chuvashia at a meeting made a scandal with a 70-year-old hunter and beat him, now he will appear in court. This was reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the republic on October 21 in the Telegram channel.

"He is accused not of official, but of a violent crime — paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing minor harm to health for hooligan motives)," the publication says.

It is specified that the 52-year-old head of the municipal district at a public meeting in the building of the Shemurshinsky district station caused a scandal with the 70-year-old hunter of one of the hunting farms of the republic. Then he beat the man. According to the press service of the department, the accused pleaded not guilty.

At the moment, the criminal case has been sent by the Prosecutor's Office of the republic for consideration in court.

Earlier, on October 19, the governor of the Vologda Region, Ivan Inozemtsev, became a participant in the conflict in St. Petersburg. According to the Izvestia source, Inozemtsev got into a fight with a man at the hotel.
