More than 283 km of roads, 47 artificial structures and 58 pedestrian crossings are planned to be built in the capital in the next three years. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the MACH messenger.

"The facilities under construction will become part of the large—scale development of the capital's transport system," the Moscow mayor wrote.

In particular, two pedestrian bridges will be built across the Moskva River, one of which — between Mnevnikovskaya floodplain and Krylatskoye — will be completed in 2027. A street and road network will also be built near the stations of the MCC "Boulevard of Rokossovsky" and "Locomotive".

For motorists, a flyover of the main passage will be built at the intersection with Svobodny Prospekt and Bolshoy Kupavensky Passage, a section of the Solntsevo — Butovo — Varshavskoye Highway and a section that will connect the MSD and Kurganskaya Streets.

Also, until 2028, the Rublyovskoye Highway will be reconstructed in Moscow and a section of the MSD will be built along Kaspiyskaya Street from Kantemirovskaya Street to the Paveletsky direction of the Moscow Railway.

Earlier, the mayor of the capital spoke about plans to build a new road that will connect four streets of the Biryulyovo-Zapadnoye district. The new highway will stretch from Bulatnikovsky to the Projected Passage No. 5108, and exits to Kharkov Passage and Medynskaya Street will be built on it.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
