More than 12,000 Russians living abroad have applied to move to Russia. This was announced on October 18 by the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"A total of 12.5 thousand people have applied for participation in the State Program to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation this year," the department's Telegram channel says.
