The court arrested Anton Arsenyev, head of the Ivanovo Region Health Department, until December 16 on charges of abuse of office. This was reported on October 18 in the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the region.

"A preventive measure has been chosen in the form of detention for a period of 2 months, until December 16, 2025, inclusive, in relation to the director of the Department of Health of the Ivanovo region, Deputy Chairman of the government of the Ivanovo region," the message on the page of the Ivanovo Regional Court on the VKontakte social network says.
