The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined rapper Oxxxymiron (real name Miron Fedorov, recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) 120 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. This was reported on October 17 in the Telegram channel of the united press service of the city courts.

The report says that Fedorov did not provide reports on his activities for 2024 and 2025 to the authorized body, and therefore the court sentenced him to a fine of 40,000 rubles for each offense.

The rapper was brought to administrative responsibility for committing an offense under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the procedure for the activity of a foreign agent").

On October 14, writer Lyudmila Ulitskaya and actor Artur Smolyaninov (both recognized as foreign agents in the Russian Federation, Smolyaninov is included in the list of terrorists and extremists) were brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. It was reported that, in accordance with the court's decision, Ulitskaya and Smolyaninov must pay a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
