A retrial on the extradition of Sergei Kuznetsov, accused of the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream gas pipelines, to Germany will take place on Thursday, October 23. His lawyer Nicola Canestrini told Izvestia about this on October 17.
"After the Italian Supreme Court ordered a retrial, a new date has been set for next Thursday. This information was received just a few minutes ago. The judicial process on the issue of issuing a European arrest warrant must begin anew," the lawyer said.
