Fraudsters have started using a new scheme of deception by completing documents for the maintenance of gas equipment. The Russian Interior Ministry warned about this on October 17.

According to the department's materials, which were reviewed by the TASS news agency, the new scheme is related to changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation from 2023, when maintenance contracts for indoor and indoor gas equipment (VDGO and VKGO) were concluded only with a specialized organization.
