A new packaging plant will be built in Podolsk

Another production and warehouse complex for packaging production will be built in Podolsk. The project is scheduled to be implemented in the fourth quarter of 2030, according to the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

The investor is the company "Polypak". Organizations have already been granted permission to begin construction of the second stage of the facility, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

In total, three separate buildings will be built. The first one will be put into operation by the end of 2025, then the company will begin construction of the second one.

A plot of land was provided for the launch of the plant as part of the regional import substitution support program. During the work, Polypak changed the project parameters in the direction of increase: the volume of investments increased to 850 million rubles, and the number of jobs created to 140.

Earlier it was reported that a new production line was opened at the Klin Glass Factory in the Moscow region. 8.5 billion rubles were invested in its launch.
