The Kiev District Court of Simferopol has detained two members of the women's cell of the international terrorist organization (ITO). This was announced on October 16 by the press service of the Federal Security Service (FSB) for the Republic of Crimea.

"Two defendants have been given a preventive measure in the form of detention," RIA Novosti quoted the text of the message.

The day before, it was reported that FSB officers had identified a female cell of a terrorist organization in Crimea that was recruiting Muslims. It was noted that the members of the group spread among the Crimean Muslims the terrorist ideology of the organization based on the doctrine of the creation of a worldwide caliphate. They also organized underground meetings, where they recruited supporters.
