VTB has provided access to an expanded list of social benefits for residents of Crimea and Sevastopol

Receiving state support measures in the form of social benefits in the expanded list has become available to the bank's customers in the Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and a number of other regions of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, the Moscow and Sverdlovsk regions and the Altai Territory. This was reported by the VTB press service.

The updated list of available payments now includes, in particular, compensation for medical workers and donors, social benefits for the disabled, military personnel and their family members, as well as payments for people affected by radiation exposure (more than 30 new items in total).

"Expanding the list of social benefits for receiving them on VTB cards is an important step to simplify obtaining the necessary benefits in different regions of the country," said Dmitry Breitenbicher, member of the VTB Board.

Earlier, VTB reported an increase in the number of salary clients of the bank, noting that they were more than 10 million Russians working for 319 thousand enterprises.
