President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has stripped the citizenship of Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov. This was announced on October 14 on the air of the United News Ukrainian telethon.

In addition, Oleg Tsarev, an ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, and Sergei Polunin, a ballet dancer, were stripped of their citizenship.
