People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov renounced the inheritance of his father Bedros. This was announced on October 14 by lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky.

"This is the decision of Philip Kirkorov. This is his personal life and his relationship with his beloved father," the lawyer said in an interview with kp.ru .

According to him, at his father's wake, Kirkorov said that the main legacy his father left was the memory of him as a bright and noble man, adding "Газета.Ru ".

The death of the singer was announced on March 18 by his son Philip Kirkorov. He died of cardiac arrest. On March 21, the funeral of the artist took place at the Troekurovsky cemetery. Prior to that, a private funeral service was held in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Bedros Kirkorov was born on March 2, 1932 in the city of Varna in Bulgaria. By the age of 17, he graduated from a vocational school with a degree in fashion shoemaker, and then from a music institution. In the last years of his life, the artist was actively engaged in charitable activities.
