Restoration of the historical building that once belonged to the merchant Dunaev has begun in Kurgan. It is located on Kuibyshev Street. The renovation work is expected to be completed by September 2026. The building will house offices.
According to <url> news agency, in October 2022, the building was leased for 49 years to EcoExpertsErvice LLC. The tenant will carry out the restoration work at his own expense. The project has already been agreed.

In the summer, it was reported that a section of the R-254 Irtysh highway from 286th to 297th km would be repaired in the Kurgan region. The cost of the work will be 440 million rubles. We are talking about a stretch of road that is located 30 minutes from the center of Kurgan, in the area of the Utyak station — the Vargashi work settlement. Repairs will be carried out at the expense of the federal budget.
