Three railway tank cars derailed in the village of Usogorsk in the Komi Republic. This was announced on October 13 by the North-Western Transport Prosecutor's Office.
"On the non—public tracks of [joint stock company] Komi Thermal Company JSC in the village of Usogorsk, three railway tankers had a wheelset collapse without tipping over," the department's Telegram channel said.
It is noted that no oil spill has been recorded.
According to the North-Western Transport Prosecutor's Office, there were no casualties.
At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier, on September 14, a diesel locomotive with 15 empty tanks derailed in the Leningrad region. Due to the incident, train traffic was canceled on two sections, and 10 commuter trains were also delayed.
