The politician Vladimir Kara-Murza (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) was added to the list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring. The relevant information is provided on the agency's website.

"Kara-Murza, Vladimir Vladimirovich, born on 09/07/1981, Moscow," the registry says.

In addition, Ilya Yashin, a former Moscow municipal deputy, was also added to the list (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation).

Last August, a large-scale prisoner exchange took place between Russia, Belarus and Western countries. There were 24 people on the list, eight of them Russians. Another 16 exchanged are citizens of Russia or Western countries, as well as persons with dual citizenship who traveled from Russia and Belarus to other countries.
