On October 13, Trump announced the end of the conflict in the Gaza Strip and the release of Israeli hostages by the Hamas movement.

On the same day, it became known that the first group of seven Israeli hostages released by the Palestinian Hamas movement had been handed over to the IDF in the Gaza Strip. It was noted that upon their return to Israel, all of them will undergo a medical examination.
