Putin pointed to the large state debt of the Ulyanovsk region
On October 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region, Alexei Russkikh, pointed out the region's large debt to the federal budget.
During the conversation, Russian spoke about the growth of the region's income since 2021.
"But the national debt is still large," the president remarked and asked the governor to pay attention to the share of commercial loans.
