The Chichkanov Foundation supported students' projects at the "I Do" competition

The V.P. Chichkanov Foundation for the Support of Young Scientists "Vysota" took part in the face-to-face defenses of the competitive track "I Do" of the All-Russian student project "Your Move".

According to the foundation's press service, on October 9 in Ryazan, the expert team got acquainted with fifteen student projects - from technological and engineering developments to educational initiatives. Among the ideas presented are a platform for corporate training, a rehabilitation device, as well as popular science projects aimed at learning Chinese and protecting intellectual property. Special attention was drawn to initiatives combining practical orientation and social significance. The pitching format allowed participants to present projects to representatives of companies and foundations, receive feedback and suggestions for cooperation.

"We support young researchers where real work begins: in teams, at pitching events, and in dialogue with the industry. The closer the idea gets to practice, the faster the effect appears for science, economics and society," said Anton Chichkanov, co—founder of Vysota.

Varvara Chuikova, CEO of the foundation, added that the foundation is expanding its target audience. "That is why we are interested in supporting the projects of the students who participate in the "I Do" track, and we are ready to work with the guys to develop them," she said.

The foundation's press service stressed that participation in the face-to-face defense of the "I Do" track makes it possible to build horizontal links between educational organizations, businesses and development institutions, as well as to form a culture of creativity and project thinking among students. The Vysota Foundation will continue to cooperate with the Your Turn project and plans to include a number of student initiatives in mentoring and grant support programs.

The Your Move project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Rosmolodezh, and the Russia — Land of Opportunity platform.
