According to Putin, Russia is preparing to introduce new weapons that were previously announced.

"It appears, it is being tested, they are going well," the Russian leader said.

The President also noted that if we talk about the intercontinental, naval and air components, then the novelty and modernity of Russian weapons in the Russian Federation are at a very high level.

"The novelty of our nuclear deterrent is higher than that of any other nuclear state. And we are developing all this very actively," Vladimir Putin stressed.
