One of the tasks of fintech is to develop long-term thinking in business, said Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of T-Technologies. He became a participant in the discussion at the Finopolis Forum in Sochi.

"Now they tell you: press the button and you'll get endorphins. This all leads to short-term thinking. That is, you don't think about the future. In the world of artificial intelligence, longevity is really important, and therefore one of the tasks of fintech is to develop and promote long—term thinking," said Bliznyuk.

He added that fintechs can offer solutions to this problem, both for individuals and for legal entities. "There is PDS, this is the right thing. Our task is to remove pension slavery, so that it does not turn out like wage slavery, when a person lives inside one bank and cannot afford more financial freedom," Bliznyuk said. He added that it is necessary to develop long-term savings tools for individuals. "And after that, physicists will be able to help increase long-term thinking in the B2B sector," said the president of T-Technologies.

Bliznyuk associates the short-term thinking of legal entities with an unwillingness to take responsibility for employees and invest in personnel. He noted that you need to invest in your employees at an early stage.
