The body of People's Artist of Kabardino-Balkaria Efrem Amiramov will be buried in Israel, with a preliminary funeral scheduled for October 13. This was announced on October 10 by the singer's PR manager Victoria Voropai.

"Efrem Grigorievich will be buried in Israel, the family has decided so. Previously, this will happen on Monday. But it all depends on different factors," she told TASS.

At the same time, Voropai did not name the exact location of the funeral.

The death of the artist was reported to Izvestia on October 9 in the Ministry of Health of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. It was clarified that he died in a hospital in Nalchik.

Amiramov began his musical career in 1987, and three years later released his first magnetoalbum, The Last Debut. He was awarded the Chanson of the Year award in the Legend of Chanson nomination, the titles of People's Artist of Ingushetia and Honored Artist of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
