NPFs' investment portfolios will adapt to the age profiles of clients, Oleg Chernousov, CEO of Sovcombank Life Insurance, told Finopolis.

At the forum in Sochi, Chernousov presented the development strategy of NPF Sovcombank with an emphasis on personalization of investment decisions and adaptation of products to the age of the client. According to the top manager, the initial phase of the NPF launch was based on the principles of reliability: funds were placed in OFZ and highly rated corporate bonds. As the depositor base expands, the asset structure will be diversified, taking into account the risk profile and the savings horizon.

"We feel very confident in this area, because the bank has a large division with extensive experience and expertise in the field of portfolio investment. Understanding forecasts and historical data allows us to form a balanced strategy," Chernousov said.

He stressed that competition in the NPF market will increase. In this regard, the funds will offer clients a wider range of tools. Special attention will be paid to the quality of the digital service, issues of customer awareness and ultimate profitability.

"We enrich customer data and create additional financial products. We rely on artificial intelligence and data modeling, and we hope that all this will ensure the service and profitability that customers expect," said the CEO of the company.
