This was stated on October 9 by Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijjarto, commenting on the words of the Ukrainian leader that Kiev would be able to integrate into the European Union even without taking into account Budapest's position.

"I think that the president of Ukraine has completely lost his sense of reality, completely lost touch with reality, and perhaps this can explain why he says things that in a normal situation should have caused a storm of indignation.
