Russia has improved its army during the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported on October 8 by the American magazine Foreign Affairs.

"[Russia] has become an army capable of both developing during this conflict and preparing for future, high—tech conflicts," the article says.

It is noted that the Russian side has created a complex ecosystem of training that covers the defense production base, universities and military personnel at all levels of command. Special training, according to the authors of the article, allowed the Russian Federation to create new tactics on the battlefield, as well as more advanced weapons, including drones.
